I made this blog in hope of not just keeping myself motivated, but also inspiring others to achieve their goals and to change their lives for the better. I made this in order to show how important it is to take yourself seriously and to take health seriously. We all have our setbacks, but those little setbacks are just setting us up for more success and helps us to push ourselves.
Also, I would like to emphasise that being 'skinny' or losing weight doesn't mean being truly happy. If you're going to make the most of your body, that's fantastic; but just remember that it's useless if you don't change your mind set and your body image. That's just my personal opinion!
